• You may initiate the request for return of the Product if: (i) Both the Product and shipping package have been damaged (ii) Product is not functional (iii) parts of the Product or accessory is missing; You shall initiate such requests for a return within 3 (Three) days from the date on which the product has been fully installed only by our team installation team member. Please note, in such cases, we will take return and replace the order and cancellation will not be allowed. 
  • During installation, the parts having manufacturing defects will be replaced later. 
  • Please contact us to report damaged items upon delivery. We reserve the right to request images or video of such damage. All claims for damage ascertainable under initial inspection must be reported within three days of receipt of delivery. Thereafter, replacement for any physical damage reported will be invalid.
