Warranty Policy

EHD Wardrobe 

Your EHD Engineered Wood products come with a (3) One year warranty. 

To avail the warranty: 

  • At the time of delivery, examine the product carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within (3) three days of receipt of delivery. We will arrange a replacement. 
  • Please contact us to report damaged items upon delivery. 
  • We reserve the right to request images or videos of such damage. 
  • If the physical damage is not reported within (3) days of receipt of delivery, claims of damage will not be considered valid. 

EHD limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions: 

  • Warranty valid for 3 years from the date of delivery only on manufacturing defects. 

The warranty does NOT cover the following: 

  • The warranty is automatically void if the product is self-installed. 
  • Any physical damage reported three days after receipt of delivery. 
  • Normal wear and tear with time. 
  • Wood Grains, Colour shade and patterns will vary from the product to product and won’t be an exact copy of the images on the website. 
  • MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) 
  • Damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of the product usage. Please check your product carefully at the time of delivery. 

The warranty is NOT applicable in the following conditions: 

  • Damage due to inappropriate usage. 
  • If not installed by EHD installation team. 
  • Furniture moved from one residential location to another. 
  • Furniture moved to an unserviceable pin code. 
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase. 
  • Not following the care instructions.
